2 lb. Child potatoes, halved and quartered if massive
three c. Shredded Cheddar
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
eight slices bacon, cooked
1/four c. Sliced inexperienced onions, plus more for garnish
1 tbsp. Paprika
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Sour cream, drizzling
DIRECTIONS
Line a gradual cooker with foil and spray with cooking spray. Add half the potatoes, 1 1/4 cups cheese, half of the garlic, 1/3 of the cooked bacon, half of the green onions, and 1/2 the paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat.
Cover and cook on excessive until potatoes are soft, 5 to six hours. (The larger your potatoes, the longer they'll need.) About 20 to half-hour before serving, pinnacle with closing cheese and bacon (this is your moment to make the potatoes look quite!).
Garnish with greater inexperienced onions, drizzle with bitter cream, and serve
