EXTRA CRISPY PARMESAN CRUSTED POTATOES
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- half of teaspoon thyme
- half of teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 kilos toddler red potatoes peeled and halved
- half cup finely grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Add halved potatoes and olive oil to a ziploc bag and toss.
- Add parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper to the bag and toss once more until nicely mixed.
- Place the potatoes reduce aspect down in a single layer on a silicone baking mat or different nonstick surface which include parchment paper.
- Bake at 450 F till browned, approximately 25 minutes.
