Gluten Free turkey & egg breakfast casserole

  • 12 Large Eggs
  • 1 small Sweet Potato (peeled and sliced skinny)
  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil + extra for coating the pan
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • half teaspoon Chili Powder
  • half of teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper for Seasoning
  • Additional Toppings: Tomatoes (Diced Onions, Bell Peppers, Cheese)
