THE BEST MAPLE NUT FUDGE
Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter
- ⅔ cup evaporated milk
- 12 ounceswhite chocolate chips, chopped
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 2½ tsp maple extract.
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- 7 ozjar marshmallow creme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 levels.
- Spread walnuts in a unmarried layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 5 mins then stir. Bake an extra 5 mins. Let cool
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Line with parchment paper.
- Combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a heavy bottomed saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium warmness, stirring often.
- Once at a full boil, maintain boiling for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from warmness and stir in white chocolate chips. (I use a whisk to get out all of the lumps.)
- Stir in marshmallow creme and maple extract.
- Stir in toasted walnuts.
- Pour into organized dish.
- Let cool completely.
- Cut into squares and serve. Top with extra toasted walnuts if preferred.
