(VEGAN, GF) HEALTHY COWBOY COOKIES

INGREDIENTS


  • half of cup unsweetened applesauce**
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/three cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 half cups oats*
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • half teaspoon salt
  • 1 huge banana, mashed
  • 1/three cup semi-sweet or dairy-free chocolate chips
  • melted chocolate for drizzling, optional

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Preheat oven to 350 stages.
