The Best Healthy Zucchini Chips
Ingredients :
- 1/5 Glass of Bread Crumbs
- 1/6 Glass of Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
- 2 Tablespoon of Fat Free Milk
- a pinch of Seasoned Salt and black pepper
- 2 Zucchinis
Method :
- ·
Slice
the zucchinis as half of the size Ive sliced to be grilled properly and crispy,
mine are somewhat thicker because they are soft and therefore cooked quicker
than normal
- ·
Then we
mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and finally garlic powder.
- ·
You need
to mix it properly to have a uniform mixture
- ·
Then
soak your zucchini slices in milk and then in powder mixture and finally put
them in the Oven; Do not apply too much powder on your zucchinis, it’s enough
to have adequate amount of it on the surface
- ·
Warm up
your oven in advance at 180°C; place the zucchinis in the middle rack and rest
for 20 minutes
- ·
Now, you
have a healthy and yummy snack.
