The Best Healthy Zucchini Chips


Ingredients : 

  • 1/5 Glass of Bread Crumbs
  • 1/6 Glass of Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon of Fat Free Milk
  • a pinch of Seasoned Salt and black pepper
  • 2 Zucchinis

Method :

  1. ·         Slice the zucchinis as half of the size Ive sliced to be grilled properly and crispy, mine are somewhat thicker because they are soft and therefore cooked quicker than normal
  2. ·         Then we mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and finally garlic powder.
  3. ·         You need to mix it properly to have a uniform mixture
  4. ·         Then soak your zucchini slices in milk and then in powder mixture and finally put them in the Oven; Do not apply too much powder on your zucchinis, it’s enough to have adequate amount of it on the surface
  5. ·         Warm up your oven in advance at 180°C; place the zucchinis in the middle rack and rest for 20 minutes
  6. ·         Now, you have a healthy and yummy snack.
  7. ·         Zucchini Chips is ready!
