Ingredients :
- 2.5 dl almond flour
- 1 dl of sun-dried dates
- 0.5 dl sultanas raisins
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 tbsp. raw cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Cream:
- 2 dl cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Possibly. 1-2 tbsp. maple syrup
Instructions :
- Blend all the ingredients together.
- Roll out the dough with a kitchen roll.
- Use a circular shape or a round lid from a container to make the shells round.
- Put the shells in the freezer while making the cream.
- Mix the ingredients together until a liquid mass.
- Put them in the freezer for 20 minutes. so they get a solid shape, then they are stored in the refrigerator.
