Vegan Broccoli and Cheese Recipe


Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon vegan butter or margarine
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Tahini
  • 1 cup almond milk

 Description:

  1.  Cook or steam broccoli.
  2.  How to make vegan cheese sauce?
  3. Place a medium saucepan over medium/high heat. Heat vegan butter and olive oil until it is hot and melted.
  4.  Add in garlic and flour. When flour is browned and has absorbed the oil, whisk in nutritional yeast, salt, soy sauce, yellow mustard, and tahini.
  5.  When the ingredients are well combined, slowly whisk in almond milk. When finished, it should be smooth, hot, thick, and well combined.
  6.  Enjoy your Broccoli and vegan Cheese.
