Baking Dark Chocolate Haystacks ( Gluten Free )
Ingredients
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- Dash of sea salt
- 1 cup darkish chocolate
- ½ T coconut oil
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Instructions
- Prepare a baking sheet by way of lining it with parchment paper.
- Place dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a tumbler bowl over a saucepan packed with water. Make positive the floor of the water doesn’t touch the lowest of the bowl. Bring the water to a simmer.
