VEGAN CHOCOLATE PALEO ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients


  • 2 TBS almond butter
  • 1 TBS unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups pitted dates
  • ½ cup uncooked pecans
  • ½ cup uncooked cashews
  • 2 TBS cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp salt*

Instructions


  1. Line a baking pan with wax paper, set apart. (You will no longer be baking those, you just want an area to set your rolled bites as you're making them).
  2. Put dates, pecans and cashews in your food processor fitted with an “S” blade or in your Vitamix. Process until combination is high-quality and homogeneous.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients in the order indexed (cocoa powder, salt, almond butter, almond milk, & vanilla) in your meals processor and manner till mixture simply starts to clump together.
  4. Roll 1 TBS quantities of your “dough” into balls and area them in your organized baking sheet.
  5. Put them within the refrigerator or freezer until they harden.
  6. Transfer to an airtight field to store for later! These may be stored at room temperature, but will remaining longer whilst kept within the fridge or freezer! I assume they flavor the nice cold/frozen!

*If you operate salted nuts miss or decrease the quantity of salt introduced.
