Ground Turkey Cauliflower Rice Veggie Bowls (Meal-Prep)

Ingredients:

FOR THE CAULIFLOWER RICE




  • 1 small cauliflower head, reduce into florets
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil (you could use olive oil if you don’t have sesame oil)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
FOR THE GROUND TURKEY

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup onions, chopped
  • 1 lb more-lean floor turkey
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • A pinch of beaten crushed pink pepper
  • ¼ coriander
  • four cups cabbage, kale, brussels sprouts (all chopped)
  • ½ cup vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup tomato sauce (I use this sauce here)
  • Salt and black pepper to flavor

FOR THE SAUTÉ VEGGIES

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cups inexperienced beans, ends trimmed
  • 1 cup pink onion, chopped
  • 1 huge crimson bell pepper, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper

Directions:

FOR THE GROUND TURKEY

  • In a forged iron skillet, heat olive oil over medium high warmth.
  • Add onions and sauté for 3-five mins or until the onions are gentle.
  • Add floor turkey and all the spices. Using a wood spoon cut up the turkey. Cook for about 7 mins and don’t forget to stir occasionally.
  • Add cabbage, kale, brussels sprouts, vegetable broth and mix nicely to mix. Cook for about four minutes. Stir sometimes.
  • Pour tomato sauce and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for greater 3 mins or till the vegetables are cooked through. Set apart.

FOR THE CAULIFLOWER RICE

  1. Pulse the cauliflower florets in a meals processor for about 25-30 seconds till it’s a rice-like consistency.
  2. In the identical huge skillet you used to prepare dinner the floor turkey, add 2 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the cauliflower rice and soy sauce. Mix the entirety properly to mix. Be cautious to no longer overcook the cauliflower otherwise it turns into soggy. Set apart.

FOR THE SAUTÉ VEGGIES
