Gluten Free Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. Ground pork
- 1 can (24 ounces.) Sloppy Joe sauce
- four tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- half of sweet onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 crimson bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (15 oz.) corn, drained
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
- 32 oz.. Frozen tater children
INSTRUCTIONS
- Over medium high heat, brown red meat till cooked. Drain any fat and remove and set aside
- In the identical pan, saute onions and garlic until translucent
- Add pink bell pepper and corn and prepare dinner till tender
- Add red meat, Sloppy Joe sauce, cream cheese, paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine
- Simmer over medium low warmness for 5 minutes
- Pour the beef mixture in a nine×thirteen baking dish and unfold calmly
- Top with a layer of 1 cup of cheese
- Arrange tater tots and sprinkle with closing cheese
