Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter , melted
- 2/three cup low carb whey protein powder , vanilla flavor
- 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
- 1/four teaspoon stevia focused powder
- 1/2 cup herbal sugar-loose peanut butter
Topping:
- 3/four cup sugar-unfastened chocolate chips
- 2 Tablespoons natural sugar-free peanut butter
Instructions
- Line an 11×7 baking dish with waxed paper.
- In medium bowl, mix the butter, whey protein powder, erythritol, stevia and peanut butter collectively. Spread combination within the bottom of prepared pan.
- In Pyrex or metallic bowl over pot of simmering water, soften chocolate chips with the peanut butter, stirring until easy. Pour melted chocolate over peanut butter combination and spread frivolously to cowl top.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour earlier than slicing into squares. Keep in the refrigerator for snacking.
