The Best mexicali green smoothie
Elements
- 1 orange, peeled
- ½ bunch clean cilantro – small stems ok
- juice of 1 big lime
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 small Turkish cucumber (1 cup)
- ½ an avocado
- 1 banana
- 1 cup baby kale
- 1-three slices jalapeno ( or more to taste)
- chia seeds– optional
instructions
- Blend all ingredients until clean, including a tablespoon of water if important to get the blender going. Add a few ice cubes to relax it (or use frozen bananas or pineapple).
- Divide into two glasses and sprinkle with chia seeds
- Makes 2 small smoothies, or one huge one
