ingredients :
Cake :- 190 g flour
- 30 g bitter cocoa
- 100 g sugar
- 6 g bicarbonate
- 2 g salt
- 220 ml hot water
- 60 g coconut oil
- 15 g apple vinegar
Ganache:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 80 g water or vegetable cream
- 100 g sugar
- vanilla (if you like it)
Method :
How To Make Cake :- Mix all the dry ingredients directly in the pan.
- Add those liquids and mix well.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- When the cake is cooked, let it cool.
How To Make Ganache:
- Melt the sugar in the water, as soon as it boils, add the chopped chocolate into small pieces.
- Stir over low heat until completely melted.
- Cover the cake with the ganache and decorate with fresh fruit.
- To make the fruit shiny, I used vegetable spray gelatine.
