Today is Friday and I am making a simple and healthy roasted asparagus dish.
For this recipe,
Ingredients :
- 1 pound asparagus
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- balsamic vinegar
- and grated Parmigiano, Parmesan cheese.
Method :
- . First, trim off the woody ends of asparagus. And spread asparagus on a parchment paper- lined baking sheet. And drizzle with olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice on top. or until lightly browned and tender. Transfer asparagus to a serving dish and drizzle with balsamic vinegar,
- Then bake at 390 degrees F. (200 C.) for about 10 minutes,and also season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Then grate Parmigiano, Parmesan cheese over the asparagus.
