Ingredients :
- Baby Potato - 1/2 kg
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - a pinch
- Asafoetida - a pinch
- Amchur Powder - 1/4 tsp
- ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
- salt to taste
- dry roast & grind
- Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Fennel seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Pepper corn - 1/2 tbsp
- Urad dal - 1/2 tbsp
- Curry leaves
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Method :
- . Dry roast all the ingredients,Make sure that the curry leaves are dry Once you get the aroma of the roasted spices turn off the flame Coarsely grind it.
- .Add the baby potato and toss it well , so that the potatoes get coated with the masala Cook in low flame.
- preheat the pan, add the oil. fennel seeds, chili powder, asafoetida, turmeric, amchur powder,mix well then add giger garlic paste and salt mix well the add the potatoes :
- Toss the potatoes in between and cook in low flame until they get roasted,Once the potatoes are roasted well add the coarsely grinded powder.
