The Best Potato Fry Recipe

Today let see how to prepare Potato Fry using Baby Potato.

Ingredients :


  • Baby Potato - 1/2 kg 
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp 
  • Turmeric powder - a pinch 
  • Asafoetida - a pinch 
  • Amchur Powder - 1/4 tsp 
  • ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp 
  • salt to taste 
  • dry roast & grind 
  • Coriander seeds - 1 tbsp 
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp 
  • Fennel seeds - 1/2 tbsp 
  • Pepper corn - 1/2 tbsp 
  • Urad dal - 1/2 tbsp 
  • Curry leaves 
  • Oil - 4 tbsp 
  • fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp

Method :


  1. . Dry roast all the ingredients,Make sure that the curry leaves are dry Once you get the aroma of the roasted spices turn off the flame Coarsely grind it.
  2. .Add the baby potato and toss it well , so that the potatoes get coated with the masala Cook in low flame.
  3.  preheat the pan, add the oil. fennel seeds, chili powder, asafoetida, turmeric, amchur powder,mix well then add giger garlic paste and salt mix well the add the potatoes : 
  4. Toss the potatoes in between and cook in low flame until they get roasted,Once the potatoes are roasted well add the coarsely grinded powder.
  5. .You can store the spice powder for later use Tasty and spicy Baby Potato Fry is ready !!!

Note :

I have added little salt while boiling
