Loaded Slow-Cooker Potatoes Recipe

INGREDIENTS


  • Cooking spray
  • 2 lb. Child potatoes, halved and quartered if massive
  • three c. Shredded Cheddar
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • eight slices bacon, cooked
  • 1/four c. Sliced inexperienced onions, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tbsp. Paprika
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Sour cream, drizzling

 DIRECTIONS


  1. Line a gradual cooker with foil and spray with cooking spray. Add half the potatoes, 1 1/4 cups cheese, half of the garlic, 1/3 of the cooked bacon, half of the green onions, and 1/2 the paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat.
