VEGAN AVOCADO FUDGE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 1 /2 cup vegan chocolate chips (or any if now not vegan)
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa
  • ¾ cup coconut sugar
  • ⅔ cup coconut cream (see notes)
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 2 big avocados
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts (non-obligatory)

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Line a 6x6 or comparable length pan with parchment paper (so the fudge does not stick).
  2. In a medium saucepan over medium heat upload your chocolate chips, coconut cream, unsweetened cocoa, coconut sugar, vanilla and sea salt. Stir regularly until all is melted, silly and easy. Set aside.
  3. In a meals processor or blender, add your avocados and blend till completely. Add on your chocolate sauce and once more blend till smooth (have a bit flavor take a look at!).
  4. Pour into your prepared pan, sprinkle the pinnacle with chopped walnuts, cowl and location inside the freezer to company up (4-6 hours). When geared up to eat get rid of from freezer & eat at once or allow melt at room temperature for 10-15 mins. Enjoy!
