INGREDIENTS
- 1 1 /2 cup vegan chocolate chips (or any if now not vegan)
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa
- ¾ cup coconut sugar
- ⅔ cup coconut cream (see notes)
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 big avocados
- 2 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (non-obligatory)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Line a 6x6 or comparable length pan with parchment paper (so the fudge does not stick).
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat upload your chocolate chips, coconut cream, unsweetened cocoa, coconut sugar, vanilla and sea salt. Stir regularly until all is melted, silly and easy. Set aside.
- In a meals processor or blender, add your avocados and blend till completely. Add on your chocolate sauce and once more blend till smooth (have a bit flavor take a look at!).
- Pour into your prepared pan, sprinkle the pinnacle with chopped walnuts, cowl and location inside the freezer to company up (4-6 hours). When geared up to eat get rid of from freezer & eat at once or allow melt at room temperature for 10-15 mins. Enjoy!
NOTES
- I use the coconut cream from trader joes - or you may buy coconut milk and region within the fridge & use the top hardened portion
