1 pound lean ground red meat grass fed if available
half of cup lower sodium red meat broth
1-2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
2 medium onions
three green bell peppers
5-6 mushrooms halved
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 slices provolone cheese
salt and pepper as desired
Instructions
Brown the ground red meat in a nonstick skillet.
Drain excess fats from skillet and upload broth and worcestershire sauce to red meat. Continue to cook dinner on medium till liquid is absorbed. Salt and pepper red meat as preferred.
Turn warmness off and arrange cheese slices over ground beef - cover pan and allow cheese to soften.
Cut peppers and onions into huge portions and place in a medium bowl. Add mushrooms and toss with 1 teaspoon olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
Grill greens over medium heat until crisp smooth, turning as wished. (Or roast in a four hundred diploma oven for 10-15 minutes till crisp tender)
Divide veggie mixture between four bowls. Top with red meat divided equally amongst bowls.
