1 c. mayonnaise1 goat-cheese log
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 green onions
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest
salt
Freshly ground pepper
Pita chips
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor, combine first 6 ingredients, plus 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon pepper; blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Serve with pita chips.Tips & Techniques
