Best Blueberry Tartlets with White Chocolate Drizzle

Ingredients:

FOR THE TART SHELLS:

  • 1 large egg, at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-motive flour
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1/four cup granulated sugar

FOR THE FILLING:

  • 3 cups clean blueberries
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp bloodless water
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chip

Directions:

FOR THE TART SHELLS:

  1. In the bowl of an electric powered mixer equipped with the paddle attachment, cream together the butter and sugar for about 5 minutes. Add inside the egg and vanilla and blend till incorporated. Add inside the flour and salt on low pace and mix till simply included.
