Oven Fried Green Beans ( Low Carb,Gluten Free )

Ingredients


  • 1 pound fresh inexperienced beans
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt or kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil plus 1 tablespoon for drizzling pan
  • 1/four cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • sprint pepper

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line two baking pans (approximately 15.5x10.5-inches every) with aluminum foil and drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Wash and trim inexperienced beans
  3. Beat together egg and olive oil in massive bowl. Coat green beans in mixture.
  4. Mix remaining elements in separate bowl.Toss beans in dry mix to coat nicely.
  5. Pour green beans onto prepared pans and bake about 15 minutes or till crisp. If wanted, vicinity below broiler for a couple of minutes to crisp.
