Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- finely chopped peanuts (if preferred)
- coarsely granulated salt (for redecorating, if desired)
Instructions
- Place all components in a pan on the stove
- Heat over medium heat till starting to soften
- Whisk till all ingredients are combined and aggregate is clean
- Pour into muffin tin covered with muffin liners
- Sprinkle with chopped peanuts if desired
- Chill numerous hours until firm
- Remove from refrigerator and experience! Either field up as is or put off from liners, area on tray and sprinkle lightly with coarse salt to serve.
