Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breasts chopped (seasoned together with your favored spices, see notice*)
- 1/4 cup Hidden Valley® Simply Ranch dressing
- half of cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/four cup cilantro minced (elective)
- 4 8 '' tortillas
Instructions
- Lay tortillas on a smooth flat floor. Place approximately 1/2 cup fowl, 1 tablespoon ranch, 2 tablespoons of cheese, and 1 tablespoon of minced cilantro on every tortilla. Fold tightly to shape a burrito shape.
- Heat a heavy-obligation pan or grill to medium heat. Coat with a light layer or oil or cooking spray and cook dinner wraps for 1-2 mins on every side or till the tortilla is crispy and golden. Remove from heat, slice in half and serve without delay.
Recipe Notes
- *For the bird: You can use cooked rotisserie fowl, leftover hen, or grilled fowl seasoned along with your favored spices. I want to season my bird with a tablespoon of fajita seasoning and grill in a hot pan for five-6 minutes consistent with aspect or till cooked through.
