1 pound big shrimp , 18-20 count, peeled and deveined
2/3 cup white sugar
half cup walnut halves
four egg whites
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
1 cup vegetable oil for frying
2 tablespoons honey
scallions for topping , optional
INSTRUCTIONS

Add the water, sugar and walnuts to a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Boil for two minutes and eliminate the walnuts and dry on a dish to dry.
