Roasted Asparagus w/ Lemon, Balsamic, Parmesan Recipe

Hi,
Today is Friday and I am making a simple and healthy roasted asparagus dish.
For this recipe,

Ingredients :


  • 1 pound asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • balsamic vinegar
  • and grated Parmigiano, Parmesan cheese.

Method :


  1. . First, trim off the woody ends of asparagus. And spread asparagus on a parchment paper- lined baking sheet. And drizzle with olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice on top. or until lightly browned and tender. Transfer asparagus to a serving dish and drizzle with balsamic vinegar, 
  2.  Then bake at 390 degrees F. (200 C.) for about 10 minutes,and also season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
  3.  Then grate Parmigiano, Parmesan cheese over the asparagus.
  4. Bon appetit!
  5. Roasted asparagus with balsamic, lemon juice, and Parmigiano. 
  6. This is the fresh taste of Spring.
