·Pour
your broth into a large pot and bring it to a boil. Once boiling,add in your
frozen peas. Allow to cook in the pot until the peas have become tender around
4 to 5 minutes.
·Remove
your pot from the heat and allow to cool slightly before transferring to your
blender or food processor. Blend up the peas and broth and integrate your olive
oil and salt as it blends, seasoning to taste. I like to let this blend until
it is really silky smooth, around 2 minutes,
