The Best cake with chocolate ganache

ingredients :

Cake :

  • 190 g flour
  • 30 g bitter cocoa
  • 100 g sugar
  • 6 g bicarbonate
  • 2 g salt
  • 220 ml hot water
  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 15 g apple vinegar

Ganache:

  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 80 g water or vegetable cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • vanilla (if you like it)

Method : 

How To Make Cake :

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients directly in the pan.
  2. Add those liquids and mix well.
  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. When the cake is cooked, let it cool.

How To Make Ganache:

  1. Melt the sugar in the water, as soon as it boils, add the chopped chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Stir over low heat until completely melted.
  3. Cover the cake with the ganache and decorate with fresh fruit.
  4. To make the fruit shiny, I used vegetable spray gelatine.
