Meal Prep Southwest Chicken Burrito Bowls ( Gluten Free )

Ingredients


  • 1 cup rice, cooked
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 cups kale (or lettuce of desire)
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes
  • three cups shredded or cubed bird cooked (about 2 hen breasts)
  • three/4 cup corn, canned
  • 1 half of cup black beans, canned
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • drizzle Avocado Lime Dressing (non-compulsory)

Instructions


  1. Cook the rice in keeping with instructions. Mix in paprika, cumin, cayenne, and pepper when the rice has approximately five mins left. Set apart.
  2. Layer every bowl or box with kale, tomatoes, shredded hen, corn, beans, and rice. Top with optionally available dressing and enjoy straight away or refrigerate for later!
