Baked Chicken Parmesan (Healthy Recipe )

Ingredients


  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup unseasoned wholegrain breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan (or romano) cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¾ cup sauce
  • ¾ cup mozzarella cheese
  • ½ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2lbs fowl cutlets

Instructions


  1. Preheat oven to 375 stages.
  2. In a medium bowl blend collectively the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, granulated garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat a sheet pan with the olive oil.
  4. Dredge every hen cutlet inside the breadcrumb mixture and area at the sheet pan. Discard the relaxation of the breadcrumb aggregate.
  5. Bake the chicken for 15 mins. Turn over and bake for some other 15 mins.
  6. Remove the pan from the oven and spread 2 tablespoons of sauce and a pair of tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese on every fowl cutlet.
  7. Place again within the oven and cook for 10 - 15 minutes or until sauce is hot and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm.
