CORNED BEEF HASH (LOW CARB)

Ingredients


  • 2 cups chopped cooked corned red meat
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 lb radishes, trimmed and quartered
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup red meat broth
  • Salt and pepper, to flavor

Instructions


  • Heat 1 Tbsp of oil over medium excessive heat.
  • Add the onions and sautée for three-four mins.
  • Add the radishes and sautée for five mins.
  • Add the garlic and sautée for every other 1 minute.
  • Add the pork broth, cowl loosely, and prepare dinner for five mins or till the radishes are gentle and the liquid has been absorbed.
  • Add the corned red meat and season and stir to combine.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
