CORNED BEEF HASH (LOW CARB)
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cooked corned red meat
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb radishes, trimmed and quartered
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup red meat broth
- Salt and pepper, to flavor
Instructions
- Heat 1 Tbsp of oil over medium excessive heat.
- Add the onions and sautée for three-four mins.
- Add the radishes and sautée for five mins.
- Add the garlic and sautée for every other 1 minute.
- Add the pork broth, cowl loosely, and prepare dinner for five mins or till the radishes are gentle and the liquid has been absorbed.
- Add the corned red meat and season and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
