Best Chocolate Fudge Ice Cream Cake

INGREDIENTS

Brownie Base


  • ½ package of brownie mix
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 bars dark chocolate, damaged into small portions (we used 72%)
  • Corresponding elements according to container instructions (egg/oil/water)
  • Chocolate Mousse Ice Cream Layer
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • three overwhelmed egg whites

Garnish


  • ½ bar of white chocolate
  • toothpick

PREPARATION


  1.  Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C.
  2. In a huge bowl, combine brownie blend, egg, oil, and water until creamy.
  3. Pour the brownie batter into a parchment-coated springform pan.
  4.  Bake for 25-half-hour, until middle no longer wobbles.
  5.  Leave the brownie base inside the pan to cool completely.
  6. Whip the heavy cream until it makes gentle peaks. Set aside.
  7. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until blended.
  8.  Pour water into a saucepan about half of-complete, and bring to a mild simmer.
  9. Place a warmness-safe bowl over the pot of simmering water. (The bowl should be bigger than the saucepan, so that the bottom of the bowl doesn’t are available in touch with the simmering water.)
  10. Add the chocolate portions to the bowl and stir regularly till easy (make sure the water isn’t boiling, or you may burn the chocolate). Set aside.
  11. In a 2d heat-secure bowl, whisk the egg yolks till blended.

  15.  Spread the chocolate mousse over the cooled brownie base within the springform pan.
  16. In a glass bowl, microwave the white chocolate in 15 2nd increments and stir until melted.
  17.  Pour the white chocolate into a plastic bag, reduce off the tip and drizzle white chocolate all around the cake.
  18.  Using a toothpick or skewer, swirl white chocolate into the mousse in small circular motions to make a marbled pattern.
  19.  Freeze overnight.
