Low Carb Almond Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients


  • ¼ cup easy/creamy almond butter room temperature
  • ½ cup cream cheese room temperature
  • 2 drops liquid stevia or liquid sweetener of choice
  • ½ cup almond flour

Instructions


  1. In a bowl, blend the almond butter, cream cheese and sweetener until very well blended
  2. Chill the mixture in the fridge for half-hour.
  3. Form the combination into 12 small balls.
  4. Roll every ball in almond flour and go back them to the fridge till geared up to serve.
