Gluten Free Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 lb. Ground pork
  • 1 can (24 ounces.) Sloppy Joe sauce
  • four tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • half of sweet onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 crimson bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz.) corn, drained
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
  • 32 oz.. Frozen tater children

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Over medium high heat, brown red meat till cooked. Drain any fat and remove and set aside
  2. In the identical pan, saute onions and garlic until translucent
  3. Add pink bell pepper and corn and prepare dinner till tender
  4. Add red meat, Sloppy Joe sauce, cream cheese, paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine
