-Mix all elements besides the tuna steaks collectively in a medium bowl
-Rinse the tuna steak with water, pat dry and season with salt and pepper on each aspects
-Add tuna steak to marinade, turning once or twice with tongs to coat all aspects
-Marinate for approximately half-hour in the refrigerator, turning as soon as (TIP: do not marinate too lengthy or the acid in the lemon juice will start to "cook dinner" the fish)
-Heat your grill to medium-high warmth and oil the grates
