Vegetarian Blueberry Pie Bars

Ingredients

For the filling

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup all cause flour
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • pinch salt
  • three cups sparkling blueberries - Frozen can be substituted

Crust and Topping

  • 1 1/2 cups all cause flour
  • half of cup sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 3/four cup cold butter cut into cubes

Instructions


  1. Spray a 9x13 glass baking dish with non stick spray - set apart.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 ranges.
